Having a small circle, and the fighting spirit, are two of the entrepreneurship signs. If they are in you, you can make a fortune as an entrepreneur. But, if they are not, you can develop them. There’s nothing that you really want to do but you cannot.
The other sign is leadership. Are you a leader or a follower, or both? The best leaders are also good followers because they follow those who they think they need to follow.
Bill Gates says when he wanted to meet Warren Buffett for the first time, he thought it would be a short formal meeting because he didn’t think there was anything in Warren Buffett that could attract Bill Gates or he gives Bill Gates something extra that he didn’t really have. Bill Gates is a big leader, not a follower. However, he says, the meeting that he thought would be too short, continued for several hours because he was attracted to the strength of Warren Buffett’s personality and his excessive leadership ability. They have become close friends since that time, but I think, Bill Gates also became a Warren Buffett’s follower, although he is one of the biggest leaders in business and entrepreneurship. I am sure Warren Buffett has added lots of values to Bill Gates personality and leadership.
Leadership is in leaders’ blood since the early stages of their lives. People gather around them and they guide, support and represent them. It is great if it is in you too. However, if it is not, you can develop it. One of the best ways to do it is to mix up with leaders and absorb the spirit of leadership from them.
We need leaders in The LuckScout Community. Each of the members of The LuckScout Community must become a big leader who motivates the other members and newcomers. The LuckScout Community should not be dependent on one person. Each and every one of the members of this community should be able to lead the community toward achieving our goals.
In the near future, we will have all the active and loyal members as leaders who will manage and promote the community. I have learned this from the way that the World Wide Web and also the blockchain system work. They are big networks and servers and nodes that if some of them become disconnected from the network, the rest will do the job and the network will keep working without any problems. The LuckScout Community will be like that too. The point is those who join early and stay active and loyal will have the biggest shares from the benefits and profits of this system.
