Leno — The benefit seems to be gained at the expense of our long-term health. I agree, these group of people should avoid energy drinks at any cost. How about you Leno? What do you usually consume to reenergize yourself?

Edward — Does drinking too much energy drinks is the cause for his illness? How is he right now?

The side effects outweigh the benefits in the long run. One can become addicted to energy drinks like Red Bull, and many others. I also used to drink them much, but one night I learned my lesson the cruel way because after taking like 3 cans, I went to sleep but, I didn’t brink the eyes the whole night and starting in the morning, a helicopter sound was in my head and almost lost consciousness until I visited a clinic and the doctor gave me medicine to swallow and sleep. I started feeling a bit better after 4 hours when woke up.

Ahmaed; I stopped for a while but later resumed because of the urge of addiction. I always feel like I have to take at least one in order to be my real self.

Ahmad Khasan replied 4 months ago

Jackson Mugarura replied 4 months ago

Ahmed, it’s close to 10 years. But I’m used to the situation.

Ahmad Khasan replied 4 months ago

That is a very long time. Have you had problem with your kidney or heart during that period?

I love a good sugar free energy drink and consume at least 1 daily. I have a very high caffeine tolerance so am not affected in that way. They do have a lot of benefits for me personally. Like with anything, understand what you are taking and the effect it may have on you and consume in moderation

My favourite is Redbull Sugar Free – I have always enjoyed the unique taste of Redbull so without the sugar its an obvious choice for me. I also drink coffee throughout the day

Some people have even experienced hart exhilarations that is not very beneficial to your health as it may result in a hart attack and yes energy drinks are really not good for your kidneys and in particularly no good for your teeth due to the high sugar intake which may also cause diabetes.
Although I myself am guilty to the consumption of energy drinks as I am sure many of you do I can not deny that it is harmful too us as many other things are and energy drinks should be drank as little as possible but surly indulging in a tasty energy drink moderately can’t be that harmful to your health as it does not happen often and your body can recover from the negative affects that the energy drink might pose.
I also do not really believe that their are all too healthy energy drinks available but if I had to guess I think Energade is a more healthier option available out there I am sure pharmacists and health shops could have healthier options available up for discussion with us that may provide a healthier alternative than the more popularly known unhealthy brands of energy drinks.

I think like with everything Shane consumption in moderation is fine. We all have different tolerances to caffeine, gluten, lactose, sugar etc. You jst need to work out what your body likes and what it doesnt.

I don’t think there’s a healthy one, we are always deceived by the makers of drinks so that we keep drinking and for them generating revenue. The side effects are horrible 😥

Shane — Have you ever consume Energade?

Gareth — For people whose body cannot tolerate energy drink, even the smallest dose, they should avoid energy drink at all cost.

Jackson — The advertising is guilty, but the people who recklessly consume it are also to blame. We should decide wisely everything we buy and consume.

There are healthy energy drinks that can help us to boost our energy the problem is like any other things how we use them.
If you moderate your consumption it will help you, and if you take too much it will destroy you.

There’s no healthy one and later on healthiest, they are all dangerous. These companies are only driven by profits and nothing else. They don’t care about our health, the way people become addicted to these drinks and suffer the effects.
