
🥴Are You Getting Enough Sleep?
We all agree that health is the foundation of happiness.
Without good health, we cannot enjoy delicious food and spend money happily. Also, we cannot enjoy the time being with our loved ones.
And having enough quality sleep is essential to our healthāboth mentally and physically.
However, stress from work, social, and family life cause many people not having enough quality sleep.
What about you? Do you have enough sleep? If so, what method do you use to maintain your sleep hour?
It’s a dream to have enough sleep, with all the issues ranging from Poverty caused by Covid19 pandemic to the usual ones, I guess very few people can have enough sleep.
At the same time all nights are not the same. Sometimes I get and other days I don’t get, but mostly what determines my sleep is my day schedule. If I’m busy during the day I will be tired at night and I will sleep much and vice versa.
Am having enough sleep every night, I think sleeping 5-6hours is a good sleeping time.

Yes currently i spend more than 7 hours sleeping, that is too enough for an active person or aged person.
I am a very light sleeper and only get a few hours sleep each night which isn’t great but my body and mind have adjusted too this. When I am on holiday I usually switch off more and get a few extra hours sleep in the day which helps charge the batteries!
Most of time i don’t have pressure on me, and i don’t have night work, i do all my tasks throughout the day and have enough time to have long time to sleep in the night .
Of course, very good if you getting enough sleep especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic. But, sleep less than 8 hours even can’t sleep is my problem so far. Do you have a solution for that?
Ad — Reduce your screentime before sleeping is probably the best solution. A long screen time before sleep put an unnecessary burden to your mind that will deprive your sleep quality.
I think not only that, too much thinking can cause it. What is the solution to reducing overthinking?
I don’t know exactly which strategy is best for each person. But I found this article from Forbes quite useful.
For me, doing meditation and prayer help a lot in reducing overthinking and anxiety.
Usually i am not getting enough sleep. Need to wake up early to prepare the kids to school. At night sleep late so can finish few work related tasks. But since the schools closed due to covid, no need to wake early .The normal wake up time for me is 5.10 am , now it is around 6.15 am or later.
If i have lot of tasks to do, I don’t sleep early, i like working in the night when there is no noise and the environment is quiet. I can wake until 2:00am in the morning.
With the current times of Covid19, sometimes I need a sleeping pill to be comfortable and sleep. There so many things bothering me every time I go to bed. They’re very many to allow for enough time to sleep.
According to a medical journal that I read, they said 8hours sleep every 24 hours is enough a healthy living, I can’t say that am having enough sleep since I don’t sleep upto 8 hours daily.
I don’t sleep a lot, unless i’m tired. Most of the time i go to bed at midnight and wake up at 5:00am in the morning. That means i have 5 hoursĀ to sleep every day. If I’m tired, i go early and sleep for a long time .this allows me to rest and feel good for the next day.
I haven’t experienced it lately.
My sleep is pretty restful and not doing that.

You’re right, at the beginning of the covid19 pandemic, i couldn’t sleep at all, i was terrified by the situation that was happening around the world. I couldn’t get enough sleep at that moment.
I thought I was sleep deprived and almost often couldn’t fall asleep very well each night
