🔗Customer Loyalty: Is It Waning?

Many people these days will stay with the energy provider or the bank or the insurance company that they have been with for many years and they are not receiving the same discounts that the advertisements are saying they will provide to new customers. Are you the type of person that will stay with a service provider because you are too lazy or couldn’t be bothered trying to negotiate with a new supplier? Do you fee comfortable with the provider that has “looked” after you for years? Are you the type of person that goes into the market to source the best deal for you?

I like change, it brings with new things. I’m always curious because sometimes royalty exposes us to exploitation. They will take advantage of you because they know you can’t do anything. I keep looking for better service providers.

I like to check up prices on such kind of services you mention in your question.  I take a round with this every second year.  It can be useful for your wallet to do so.
