Of course. To be a successful entrepreneur, one must have exceptional qualities and skills. It is of greater importance that one should have excellent personal qualities than some technical skills (although technical skills play crucial roles in any entrepreneur).   For me, there are several personal qualities that anyone should develop in himself to be successful in any endeavor. These are, The ability to connect one\’s mind with those of similar frequency This quality is what Napoleon Hill called the Master Mind. Having a circle of people with the same intentions and aspirations is crucial in attaining our dreams. These people will never laugh at our dreams, no matter how silly and impossible those dreams to the average person. They have absolute faith in our dreams and in our ability to reach those dreams. I think Luckscout resembles it very well. Self Confidence Self-confidence is about the conviction that we have on ourselves and on the dreams that we have. This conviction should be strong enough that it will radiate and affect people\’s minds. But most importantly, this conviction should be strong enough for us that nothing can shake our faith in ourselves.   Initiative and Leadership The initiative is the ability to initiate actions to find the best ways to reach our dream. If we can found no ways, then we must create one. A successful entrepreneur has a strong initiative. They will find a way or create one for the attainment of their dreams. And they don\’t need someone to tell them what to do. They know what to do and quickly reach the decision to do what needs to be done. And only those with a strong initiative can be a great leader. Leadership is the quality that makes a successful entrepreneur give their followers guidance on the best path they have found or have created. Creative Imagination A successful entrepreneur knows precisely how to use their imagination. Their imagination is the workshop from which they formulate their dreams, create ways, and means to achieve those dreams. Accurate Thought This quality is what distinguishes a successful entrepreneur from the others. This quality helps them to distinguish facts and false information. And this quality also helps them to distinguish between important facts and unimportant facts. And this will helps them to act upon circumstances and people in the right way. Treating Business as Means to Deliver Benefit to All I think this is the quality that makes a great entrepreneur. They treat their business as a means to deliver benefits to as many people as they can reach. They clearly understand that the benefits they give to others will be back to them tenfold. Thus, they proceed with their entrepreneurial endeavor with compassion for the greatest benefits to all.

Of course in order to be a successful entrepreneur you should have several skills and knowledge. In addition to that you may also have a good mindset, creativity, big dreams and positive thoughts.

To me, I the person’s mindset plays s very great role in whatever they achieve in their lives. I have come across people who have never attended any classes, but they have done great in life. I think their it’s their mindset which is their greatest asset.

I think most successful entrepreneurs do not try and do everything themselves, I think they are good at ideas, talking to people and they are able to pull together a good team of consultants that they are able to work with and succeed.
