🌅Do You Have a Hard Time Waking up in the Morning?
Difficulty getting out of bed in the morning is a problem for many people. The body feels weak plus the eyes are glued, making waking up very hard to do. Difficulty waking up can be overcome by changing your lifestyle. Have you ever experienced setting a lot of alarms with a loud sound, but it’s still difficult and lazy to wake up? Having trouble waking up is not only a waste of time, but it can also make you late for your activities.
When i was at the high school, i lived in the village which was 12km far from the school. Now you can immage how i could get at school at 7:30 am in the morning by walking. I had no bicycle.i had to woke up at 5:00 Am in the morning, do my toilet, wash my face and start walking step by step. I have developed this habit at that time,now i don’t even need an alarm clock to wake me up at 5:00 am in the morning.
I think problem with wakining up in the morning are changing with your age. When I was young I could sleep all day if I had a chance for it. Now when I am old I wake up nearly every morning by my self.
Your experience is the same as mine, Leno. When I was in elementary school, I walked to school from my house. Even that happened until I was in high school. I think that habit teaches us good things. We can live a healthier life by walking and training to wake up earlier

Steinar. I think getting up early is a habit and not based on age. We continue to do that habit and it will make us get used to getting up earlier
i do not have any problems waking up early in the morning,as long as i have work to accomplish and finish.

I always wake up early in the morning, i have to do my morning prayer each day, it has become an habit to me.

I don’t have problems waking up in the morning. I struggled a bit when I was a school going boy.
Not always as my body clock is really tuned at the moment to wake up when I need to. I am on holidays at the moment so in a couple of weeks I will need to retune my body clock.

I have no problem in getting up early in the morning . In fact i like to wake up early and go to work earlier.
I don’t have problems to wake up early in the morning, but if i’m not feeling good, it becomes a little bit difficult to wake up. Disease like small headache, boby pain and small fewer do not prevent me to wake up early.

It’s better when we are sick we should rest longer. That is to restore our health condition. I think it’s normal that we can’t wake up early when we’re sick
It has become my habit to wake up early in the morning, i don’t need to set an alarm clock, it is already registered in my mind.
Indeed, when we feel stress, we will feel trouble sleeping.

I wake up at 5:00am in the morning each day, i have developed this habit since the high school, also currently i need to wake early to be on-time at work. I have no problem with that.
Waking up in the morning is not a problem to me, so, i don’t find it difficult to wake up in the morning

Getting early in the morning has becomes my routine.even if I\’m in deep sleep,i immediately wake up when it is 5:00am .i don\’t have problem with that unless if I\’m exhausted.
If I’m in good condition and healthy, i don’t have any problems to wake up early in the morning. But sometimes, the hard work and fatigue can make things a little bit difficult.
