Meditation is often seen as a religious ritual or spiritual activity practiced by those in a closed yoga environment. However, anyone can meditate and this one activity is useful for self-development and helps with stress and fosters a sense of happiness. How about you? Are you doing meditation? How often?
I do not really perform true meditation in a proper way, i do it differently ;however it is something that i found important to focus on.
Some years back I had started but I kept falling back. I no longer do it now.

I always mediate to my friends and workmates,when one of our colleagues gets a problem,from another.we usually sit down and find the solution.The major challenge in mediation is some individuals telling lies.This complicates everything.

I use to meditate sometime but not all the days. I like meditation.
Meditation is good for your spiritual growth. I meditate often through the word of God,the Bible.
