🔬Do You Think COVID-19 Is More of Threat Than HIV?
When COVID-19 came, many other diseases were also threatening mankind. Among those are HIV Aids and many others. It’s estimated that HIV/AIDS has has killed roughly 33 million people globally since it’s outbreak and between 31.6 to 44.5 million people are living with it at the moment. But when COVID-19 broke out, it took the whole burden weight off the HIV and the fight against it somehow slowed down. However, HIV is still a serious threat to mankind considering the above statistics. The only difference I think lies in time lag between when one contracts the disease and when they die. Do you think COVID-19 is more dangerous than HIV/AIDS? What is your opinion?
You have already mentioned something important which is the time, both are caused by viruses, and able to kill its victims the only difference is the time it takes to hurt the boby of the patient. Covi19 is a quick killer and the HIV is a slow killer both are killer.
The transmission rate for Covid 19 is higher than one for HIV-AIDS. HIV has taken all most 40 years and killed 33 millions.While Covid in less than a year ,it has killed over 1.6 millions. In forty years time ,it can kill over 60 millions people.

Of course, COVID-19 is more harmful than HIV. COVID-19 spread faster than HIV, and it is more deadly. Furthermore, the outbreak happens in such a short period of time, causing tremendous shock to the social and economic system.
It has the potential to be worse than HIV. HIV is spread through sexual activity where COVID is spread through talking, coughing, sneezing and singing.

In terms of treatment Covid 19, can be healed.In less than a year scientists have discovered some treatment and vaccination for Covid 19 while in 40 years of HIV-AIDS, scientists have failed to get successful medicine for it.
In my opinion covid19 Will disappear and Leave the HIV without vaccine. With the apparition of the covid19 vaccine, we hope it will be banish as soon as possible.
I agree with you, Leno. The vaccine for COVID19 will initiate the removal of COVID19 from our world. But, I fear that the success of COVID19 to create a tremendous market for pharmaceautical industry will lead to another pandemic in the future.

Definitely, COVID-19 is a pandemic. Hiv is a child’s play when compared with COVID-19. What makes COVID-19 dangerous it moves with air, touch etc. For one to prevent himself or herself from COVID-19 is very tough than HIV.
