Let’s wait and see, but I think every case which has evidence is viable through courts of law. So, if he has gone to court, then I guess he could be having enough ground to think that he can win.
According to what I read, Mr. Trump said even the deceased cast ballot in favor of Biden . If this is true, already he has more than evidence to achieve something in the Supreme Court.
The case is still ongoing in the court. We just have to wait for the outcome.
On another point of view, I think this has brought what we used to call the biggest democracy in world on spotlight. It’s time America stops preaching to other nations how to practice democracy. Now the hunter is the hunted.
He may be able to prove some irregularities here and there but that won’t be enough to have the results declared null and void. He’ll be called a bad loser.
I was a supporter of Trump, but in most cases ,suprume courts have always not nullified elections.To be nullified he has to bring enough evidence that really votes were stolen in big numbers.
I feel that Trump has a very difficult and harsh battle in the Supreme Court. Although the republican judges dominated the Supreme Court, it is still very difficult for Trump to win the presidency through the Supreme Court. Because election is more about the morale of the public. Currently, the public more or less has approved the Biden winning. Unless Trump and his team can provide a solid evidence that Biden cheat the election, the effort in the Supreme Court will be waste.
I hope Trump just conceeds the the election loss and the world moves on, because he put his personal interests before the interests of the American people.

If he has a substantial evidence, then he should continue with the case in court in order to get justice
I think Trump will run various court cases just to make statement if nothing else. The Supreme court will assess them on their merits and legality. If any are upheld it will make interesting times. Regardless it will cost the American taxpayer loads

Yes . He will achieve something, the Attorney General of US said that the winner of the just concluded presidential in America is not certified until the verification.

Yes of course, he is achieving great results already. Today, the Judge presiding over the election fraud in Pennsylvania had rule in favor of Trump, so with this, I think Trump is achieving good results.
