Do You Think That World Power Would Change Hands?

I think it would, considering the pace at which the economies of other nations are moving especially China.

What’s your take?

No. China won’t succeed to take the world’ control and power. We don’t let them do it.

Vicaris replied 4 weeks ago

Really but anything could happen in the near future. You know change is constant

Wisdom answered 4 weeks ago

Definitely It going to change. A country can not just remaining the world power forever (America)

Vicaris replied 4 weeks ago

I feel the same way

Vahid Chaychi Staff replied 4 weeks ago

Still I prefer USA to be the #1 world power. They are much better than Chinese and Russians.

Edward Duffy answered 4 weeks ago

I agree that USA needs to be the world power as we do not need the world controlled by communist regimes. The caliphate tried earlier and Nth Korea has the dream.
It would be a very sad day if this happened.

I think it will change hands in favor of China for a brief period. The USA will regain power with reduced overall strength. It will take the US a while to reach a semblance of its former power.

I don’t think so, China may not succeed where Russia failed. China will spread it’s wings especially in Africa economies but I think, it won’t be enough.

world power will not change hands currently, china will be a super power  in 50  or 100 years from now  .it has to first  work on fake products, make alliances with big economic powers like Germany,Britain,France and Japan

Edward Duffy answered 2 weeks ago

I am not sure if China will actually make those alliances as I am sure they are annoyed as well just the same as the US.
China will continue to bully its neighbours and also those they consider to be a threat and those that they would consider are easy targets for their bullying.

Things will change for better.

The US will remain the dominant world power because they are so established and Trump is driving the country to be bigger and better. China will certainly become a major player but for the time being will play 2nd fiddle to the US.

Tiger, your last paragraph of your post is so true especially here in Australia. The Chinese are buying property including prime agricultural land and is sending the produce back to China and they are also importing their own workers and employing them on these farms.
The Government here cannot keep up.

Thank You !

It’s very true as mentioned by Edward . That’s the policy China made years ago. They will buy or start up as many companies possible outside China with the help of Chinese government financial support . All raw material /manpower for their business will come from mainland China. This is to maintain their domestic economy and control the other country in the name of investment.

I don’t think that world power will change now,it can in the future but not now.

No, China is great power. But the USA is still the super power. The intellectual, economy, cultural, and military power of the US are still the strongest in the world. And it needs a full scale war for this great power to be a super power. But I think China still need years or even decades to keep up with the US.
