The criminality has becomes a major problem in the world specially in Africa where the number of jobless people is at the highest level. Both Man and women are involved in this illegal activity operating by groups or individually. We can find among them graduated form university, well educated people, or people who were laid off from their jobs . Their main Victims include Banks, supermarkets, big institutions and rich people. The government has to invest more money in surveillance and security to protect their citizens and their goods . What is your point of view about this illegal activity ?
