Have You Ever Felt Inadequate Sometimes in Your Life? How Do You Overcome It?
Life is like a journey, I think we have heard this phrase quite often used. So, when you are on a journey, you go through hills and slopes. Like in life, we have high moments and low moments. It’s during those low moments in life, that one can feel inadequate. This situation happens in our lives, maybe you get challenged by a situation or an event in life and you get overwhelmed. A feeling/ thinking in your mind starts telling you that you can’t handle an issue of such magnitude.
This has happened to me a number of times, I have been able to gather myself up. Sometimes I have had to encourage myself by saying morale boosting words to myself. I’m not like this, this has come to pass, this can not define who I am, I’m bigger than this. In the end, I have been able overcome those low moments.
What about you, what do you do under those moments?
Inadequacy can be experienced in several ways not just money. No man is an island, we need one another to overcome inadequacy. Having good people around you is the sure way of overcoming inadequacy.
Yes, I did. Keep moving forward is the single thing that I found the be very useful in handling myself during this situation. And in the end, the decision to keep moving forward is very rewarding.
A few times in my life I have felt inadequate. I soon realised though that I could change this feeling but working out the ‘Why’ and then fixing it. In one case it was for my son he races motocross bikes, his bike failed at one of the race meetings and I didnt have the knowledge to fix it for him and he missed out on an important race. I then came home and signed up to a motobike mechanics course and spent the next 6 months learning how to rebuild engines and fault find. To this date I have never been beaten by a mechanical failure since that time.
I felt inadequate several times in my life, sometimes I left alone, no freinds, no people around, sometimes I felt ashame of myself.but self-confidence and positive thoughts is the keys. I think that there is no problem that can stop me or, I kept saying to myself that I’m great, I can do it and on a best way.
Positivity, determination, selconfidence can handle many issues with Stress.

First, you have to accept that you can’t do everything. Things you think you can do but you are unable to do are the ones that make you feel inadequate. You may have failed because you were not prepared for them at the time and you only need to give yourself another chance .Depending on your determination, you may succeed after several attempts. If you still can’t do it, don’t be hard on yourself, take it as one of those things you shouldn’t be doing or are not supposed to be doing.
Feeling in inadequate is normal, but, allowing it to charge of your conscious mind is very dangerous.

Feeling inadequate is part of the life. Nothing is forever in life. Sometimes things may change, and you have to handle them in the position way ; never let inadequacy let you down.get up, look forward with you will certainly reach your goal.
I have learnt to take a deep breath and suck it up. Only I can control this feeling I am having and only I can dispel it from my life. Keep up the positives and make it happen less and less.
INADEQUACY IS SYNONYMOUS TO INSUFFICIENCY. NO HUMAN CAN BE FULLY ADEQUATE BECAUSE WE NEED ONE ANOTHER TO SURVIVE.

The article really has good points to say. The important thing about the feeling of inadequacy is that we learnt it in some points in our life. Thus it is not an objective fact.
The article also suggest that we perform Power Talks to ourselves for 2-3 times a day to relieve this feeling. Also, it suggest us to use a deep belly breathing to relax our nervous system when this feeling of inadequacy arises.

In such circumstances of inadequacy. I first thing I do is to relax and take a deep breath.
Second I try to understand the why it happened and what can I do to avoid it to happen. After answering all these questions, I keep going forward.i feel my mind with positive thoughts,feelings and energy.

The key point here is to stay in control, relax and evaluate the situation. Make sure you surround yourself with positive people and thoughts. Its all about having the right mindset and channeling your energy the right way

Inadequate maybe just a normal in life but need to control and try to make something positife
Yes we must remember its part of life like being happy or sad. You just have to stay in control and manage the situation to the best of your abilities. Sometimes asking for help when it all becomes to much.

I feel less able to communicate well. I have a hard time expressing my thoughts well in words. I continue to hone it by starting chats with other people. Is there any way to solve my difficulties other than that?

Positivity of mind is the one thing we should train ourself to overcome any negative influence both from circumstances, people, and even our own way of thinking.
