😀 How to Build Good Self Habits?
Our habit rules at least 90 per cent of our actions. And there is a saying which stated that good habits open the door to many opportunities while bad habits are the unlocked doors to failure.
I think our habits define who we are right now and who we are in the future. Thus, it is crucial to building good habits as early as possible. Furthermore, our habits will be tough to change as we add more number to our age.
The question remains on how to build a good self habit. What do you think about the best method to build good habits?
It depends on what and how you are taught at early age. Caretakers should appreciate good habits and instill the right punishment for the wrong habbit.
I think this starts at an early age, when a child starts to walk and talk. This is the very crucial stage until they are teenage. Everything one learns during this period,it might become a habit. However, many people can’t realize that. It’s only if one can realize it that, they will know the direction they are heading to. This determine what one will become.
What you learned at the early age can become your habits in your life, that why it’s important to well educated ,trained and behave well at this age, it will determine your direction in your life.
Can can of course change according to the environment and people that you surround yourself with.
So from your childhood until you become able to determine good and bad behavior you must be surrounded with good personality,well educated friends and family that have great characters.
Leno and Jackson — But for most of us, that age of childhood has long gone. If we are to develop a new good habit, what method do you suggest?
We have stop those habits that we know can not take us anywhere good, and start training ourselves to act responsibly and maybe keep meditating in order to change our beliefs.
I think it depends on the type of habits you are trying to get into. One habit I have found myself get into over the past 2 years is when I have my cup of coffee in the morning I make sure I have a notebook and I jot down all the things I need to do that day. I have found it really focus’s my mind and I end up getting a lot more achieved.
Jackson — You have said it concisely, Jackson. Do you have any experience in stopping any bad habit and getting into the good one? Also, what kind of belief that you are trying to get rid off with meditation?
Gareth — Thank you, Gareth. Does it take that 2 years long to build that new habit? Or you have achieved it within the early months of starting creating this habit?
Teaching oneself and deprivation of what one thinks is not contributing positively to your life is the key to building good habits. Doing it is not easy but one has to do it to be able to get something out of life.
It can be difficult to build good habits, but if you\’re willing there are few simple strategies that you can use to build good habits and break bad ones. They can help you make progress with most of goals you have for your health, your work and your life. -The most important of building a new habits is staying consistent, it doesn\’t matter how well you perform in any individual day, sustained efforts is what makes difference. If you want to create a healthy habits for example your gaol is to eat one healthy meal a week. It doesn\’t matter if you start small because there will be plenty of time to pick up the intensity later. -Take your time to understand exactly what is holding you back.Once You know the specific parts of the process that is holding you back, you can begin to develop a solution to solve that problem. -Develop a plan for when you fail. As it\’s say :<> the same is true when you build a new habit. You have to learn to not judge yourself or feel guilty when you make a mistake, and instead focus on developing a plan to get back in track as quickly as possible.
There are many major factors that play a role in someone’s habits, the 1st is the family character, every family has a unique habits they all possess. The 2nd is environmental habits (Notion). Environment plays a deep role in someone’s character. 3rd is peer group. Age or friends, any form of association has it own role in our habits. From what I have mentioned, I will say that good habits is build by keeping good association.
By following the good steps your parents have taught while little, avoiding troubles and self reliance, love others as u love yourself
Ahmad it takes longer than you think to instill a new habit. Most of the time it is easy to get going and follow a routine but then you realise you need to keep the routine going at weekend and on holiday to really cement it in your brain

Kenneth — Associate ourself with good people is crucial in building good habits and being a good person. Including joining the community such as Luckscout Club, where we get people who are supportive of our ideas and aspirations.
Gareth — True. As has been answered by Leno, it is not the intensity of the routine a specific day, but our consistency doing it that matters most. In other words, it will take a long time.
I think it is all about discipline, practise and will power and possibly even determination.
I agree with Edward. Discipline, practice and will power. We are the most important person who must motivate our self. To build not a major problem. To maintain it, very important.
Edward & Izi — Yes, these the most crucial ingredients to build long-lasting habits. As has also been stated by Leno, it is not about doing a lot of thing in a day, but to do a simple but consistent thing every day that will eventually yield permanent results.
To build a good self habit is by, being yourself, minding your business, avoid gossip, trouble and love everyone
A recent study concluded it took anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit.
Developing new good habits depends on the environment you are living and people You around with. Your determination to change your bad habit will make things easier for you.
Good behavior or habits is inconcated by parents through the upbringing of a child,though, many children deviated at later in their lives, this deviation is a result of bad associations. So good behavior is achieve when you shone and desist from bad friends.
I think there are several types, among others, by building small habits, Don’t Skip Twice, Don’t Focus on Results, Focus on the Process and Create New Habits by Setting Goals
Very simple, start doing a small things consistently, don’t focus on the results at the beginning, just develop the capacity of performing it every regularly, by being consistent, things will get better and better.
Secondly encourage yourself when you do something New, congrats yourself, it will help you to keep moving forward. Don’t blame yourself too much.
It’s what I’m actually going through the change myself. After seeing that I need behavior change, I’m trying new things.
