I think being overweight negatively affects a person’s body. A simple example of a person’s appearance. In some areas, poor appearance due to excess body weight is the reason for bullying. More chronically, body weight causes complications of disease in a person’s body.

Go to the gym and work out three times a week and eat healthy. I try to avoid fatty foods as much as possible to avoid adding more days in my body.
You can go for a daily walk. Not to slow. If you have a dog you have to go for a walk every day. Don’t eat too much, don’t smoke and try to live healthy.
Steinar. This works too, but for me, I prefer the method that makes me sweat a lot. When I sweat much, I feel relieved much and even stress goes away. When I work out in a gym and do some aerobics, it works me very well.
Hi Jackson, what you said is absolutely true. It seems I have to go to the gym to exercise. Here a lot of people go to the gym to exercise. But not with me, I feel lazy to go to the gym because of the busy activities I do. I also don’t have friends to go there.
Hi Steinar, thank you for commenting. I still do jogging in the morning. However, busy activities every day and eating unhealthy food is a mistake for me. It caused my weight to continue to gain. I don’t know how I took it down anymore.
One of the best way is exercising.plan yourself to do it everyday and regularly, you will see the results in short period of time.
Eating a good diet,reduce sugar in take in the body.High sugar intake limit blood movement properly and makes body organs to use a lot of energy. Doing regular exercises and doing some garden work can help to reduce body weight.

Running at least 50 minutes is sufficient to burn it lot of calories. All you need is to run safely with a good pairs of sneakers.
If you’re a new in running you can try with a Run -walk -Run interval.

These days, I do exercise every morning and evening for at least 30mn .i drink Fresh Water when i wake up before eating anything else, it seems to be very healthy and helpful.

Running a small kilometers every morning can benefit you and might help to lose weight quickly, i see many women doing it here in Morocco in the morning time. They can spend half of hour exercising.
