Yes and no, if you build a reputable personality, it will work you in future, but, if you a bad personality, it derailed your future.
The person’s personality determine Who he really is, that character plays an important role for his future. It affect your future in the way you are.good personality can have good future and bad personality can have bad future. If is not a fact, it can change if you change your character.
