🥕What Are the Benefits and Merits Vegetarianism?
Many people become vegetarians for a variety of reasons, including health, religious beliefs, concerns about animal welfare or the use of antibiotics and hormones in livestock. Or, the desire to eat in a way that avoids overuse of environmental resources.
Some people follow a vegetarian diet because they can’t afford or don’t like meat. Today, being a vegetarian has become an attractive and accessible lifestyle, thanks to the availability of fresh produce all year round. Moreover, currently there are many choices of vegetarian food and the influence of culinary culture that develops with a plant-based diet.
In recent years there have been changes and research has confirmed the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Today, a plant-based diet is recognized as not only sufficiently nutritious but also a way to reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.
How do you think?
This lifestyle is a personal choice and certainly one that I do not necessarily agree with as prior to my health issues I regularly ate all types of meat and fish and other animal products.
I certainly miss eating these today.
It make someone to have a fresh skin, look strong and have enough blood
Being a vegetarian is a life style choice an individual chooses to follow I personally do not and will not. I enjoy eating veggies and fruits however eating meat is something I do not really want to give up therefor I can not say I would ever follow that life style choice. I know that medical research has said it to be healthy but I personally feel that there are certain proteins in meat that veggies do not have and I actually know a few people that got really sick from only surviving on veggies trying to follow a vegan diet and that really did not work out so well so I do not see vegetarians having all that much better luck in the long run. I believe that in the long term it may very well actually cause a shortage of some vitamin and or protein.
Vegetarian diets offer a number of nutritional benefits, including lower level of satured fat, cholesterol, and animals protein. Following vegetarian food provide antioxidants and fiber. It may also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and various types of cancer.studies showed that it reduces the metabolic syndrome which includes Obesity, types 2 diabetes.
I think it’s a choice like one commentator has said. It’s not for many people, but those manage to follow through strictly, they enjoy those benefits. I for one have ever tried but I could not manage.
I agree with you, Edward.
That lifestyle is each person’s best choice

That’s right, Jackson.
I would not choose to be vegetarian because I love meat and vegetables.
How about you?
Ad, my love for meat is so much, I can not manage being one. I said that I tried and failed.
I can feel it, Jackson.
I also like meat, but lately I prefer vegetables and less meat, especially fish and chicken
I love meat, but it is important to mix somethimes with vegetables which doesn’t cause too much impact in our body. Meat too much meat can lead to some metabolic diesease in a long term.
Ad, that\’s good. They say red meat is not good for our health. Fish and chicken is the best.
Vegetables are the best food we should give to our body, they refresh, and make our body healthy and smooth.
I agree with you, Leno.
I think we should eat into the nutritional balance
I think I agree with you, Jackson.
In addition, fish and chicken meat are very easy to obtain and cheap.
How is it in your country?
I agree with you, Kenneth.
I think we should eat more vegetables than meat
Vegetables makes someone to have enough blood, being free from sickness and keeping healthy
