What Beneficial COVID-19 Practice Have You Adopted?
There are a number of good practices adopted during the course of the covid -19 pandemic. Cleaning our hands with water and soap as often as possible is one of them. I know of people who stopped drinking and smoking as a result of the restrictions we had during the lockdown. The pandemic has changed the behavior of many people. Are we going to go back to our old ways of doing things or adopt some of the obviously beneficial practices of the pandemic?
I don’t know I have thought of it.
Maintaining great hygiene by keeping the hands and my environment clean always
Not much change for me as i never went out much anyway. I like the fact that people no longer stand close to you and get out of your way. I have learnt that i am very happy being isolated and where others have struggled I have excelled
Cleanliness has been very important, I can now wash my hands so many times in a day.
I adopted a constant washing of hands since the out break of COVID-19.
Learning many new ways of avoiding the virus like social distancing, using sanitizer to disinfect, etc.
I respect social distance, cleaning and washing my hands with soap frequently, wearing masks, etc…
Keeping my body health, do 2 kilometers walk every morning, and eat regularly. These are the practices that I acquired during the pandemic.
Walking distances , where i used taxis and bodabodas before.
Changing habits is almost impossible if Covid-19 lasts only one or two years.
Old habits are repeating themselves
I have to admit I am taking more exercise so that has to be a plus side
Obey what the government has outlined well.
Observe all the covid-19 protocol
Remaining home as much as possible and avoiding crowded places.
Wearing a mask when moving out and while in highly populated places.
Washing hands, wearing a mask, and social distancing are encouraged by the government. But it seems that less and less people follow it these days in Indonesia. I usually perform one or two of these protocols, but not strictly. I still believe that keeping my body health is the best measure.
These Daily practice of washing hands, wearing masks, keeping social distance are the best way to protect ourselves, our family and neighbors From the covid19.we must keep doing it until the end of the disease.
People around me started to practice healthy living to avoid Covid-19. For example, exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, basking in the sun, maintaining cleanliness at all times and others. However, this pandemic prevents someone from meeting in person, and it is far from the culture in my region.
