Yes, drinking Water before anything else is a good health Habit.
Staying hydrated is vital for our health and our bobies are 60% water and not drinking enough more water can lead to more than just dehydratation.
One of the best times to drink water is first thing in the morning, so before you start sipping in your morning brew, drink a glass of water. Not only it is refreshing but it can help to hydrate your body while aiding digestion and metabolism at the same time.

Forced saving is another good habit that I admire. Many times we don’t make any savings under the pretext that we have little money, but this should not stop one from saving. Saving some money takes a great heart, it’s not easy but you have to do it, if you want to make it.

I will keep drinking a glass of water early in the morning before eating anything else. It has many benefits for your healthy, boby and brain. Water indeed is important and necessary for our body.

I exercise daily at least 30 minutes in a day and also takes a lot of water. But, I hardly eat solid food.

One of the feelings that prevent healthy living is laziness. I really want to get rid of laziness to exercise regularly and eat healthy foods. Maybe you have any suggestions for me to get rid of laziness for that?

Indeed, the key to building a good habit is the discipline to practice that habit regularly and consistently. The best method to remove laziness and build discipline is starting small. Start from doing the easiest thing you can do. Then, you can gradually increase the intensity of the frequency of that habit.

These few days, I am diligent in drinking water and lemon juice in the morning. I do it regularly and never leave it. We can do routine activities with commitment

To be honest I’m a sex lover and do sex several times in a month .i want to practice abstinence (no sex) or safe sex. To avoid sexually transmitted infections i have to use always condoms ; this is very important for my healthy.
