🌏What Do You Know About Your Country?
Hi, I am from Indonesia.
A country known as an archipelago.
You can find various cultures in Indonesia. Starting from the language, clothing, the cultural heritage is still maintained.
If you know batik, it comes from my country.
Many tourist attractions are very global here. Both nature tourism and cultural heritage. For example, Bali, Komodo Island, even in Raja Ampat you can dive and find the most beautiful coral reefs. In addition, the Borobudur temple is one of the Unesco cultural heritages. Have you ever been to Indonesia? It’s great if you can visit here ^^
Then, what is the interesting thing about your country? Tell me
I’m from Uganda, “the pearl of Africa” Sir Winston Churchill. Here, we have the world’s largest fresh water lake, ie Lake Victoria, mountains of the moon or Rwenzori mountains which are snow capped. You will find snow on top of these mountains although they are very close to the equator. Mghahinga and Bwindi ghorrila national parks where tourists from all parts of the world come to track and see these gentle creatures. Here we receive rain throughout the year mixed with short dry spells, so we can grow our food without using irrigation and more so, we have very fertile soils, we don’t use fertilizers to grow our foods, so have very organic foods.
It’s still here that, the world’s longest river begins it’s way to the Mediterranean Sea. River Nile which is the longest river in the world begins it’s journey at Jinja town, at Owen falls dam, all the way to Cairo, and into the Mediterranean Sea.
In Norway we have the mountains and the fjords. We have our capitol Oslo with much to be seen there. For instance the Vigelandsparken with sculptural, Vikingship museum and KonTiki excebition and museum.

When it comes to natural resources, we have plenty here, we have bauxite, diamonts, gold, uranium and so on. Guinea is the second world producer of the bauxite, we have a large deposits of diamonts and uranium but we are among the poorest country in the world because of the bad governance and lack of good management. We have also great potential to produce electric power from Big rivers across the country.
