🏋️♀️What Exercise Do You Do to Maintain Your Health?
To maintain our health, the health expert recommend to exercise frequently. The cheap exercises are swimming and walking. I do not want to swim in public places because I am disgusted that someone might pee in the pool. I prefer to walk on the side of a public road or on a sports field. I do it routine two or three days a week for about 1 hour. What exercise do you do to maintain your health?
I don’t really exercise nowadays but I make sure I eat healthy foods and balanced diet to keep my health is in good shape.
I often run about 2 km a day in the morning or in the evening. It is very healthy exercise.
I actually do not exercise much lately but having a walk every few days is what I do to stay active. I agree with you public pools are gross.
Having a walk a day can really offer you the exercise you need you can even just simply walk your dog and it really does not cost anything but a little bit of time highly recommend it.
I developed a habit of jogging for 15 minutes after drinking the lemon juice.

I walk about 5 kilometers every day together with my dog. He needs to exercise and I does it too. I run a couple of days a week when I was young, but now I am only walking. I also go on hiking, hunting and fishing tours in the forest and on the mountain. This activity gives me exercise.
I do not take alot of carbonated soft drinks,take little sugar and junk foods or packed food I do not take.

Ad, I used to exercise and it was really fun and enjoyable, but when I started getting financial challenges, the whole routine changed. I can’t manage nowadays when at the same time I’m hustling with life. I stopped for sometime. I only hope to resume once I stabilize financially.
I walk either 2km or 4.5km per day which is not enough but I need to balance time and weather.
This year I plan to do more.
I am also like that, when I am busy I find it very difficult to get into the habit of exercising.
