🚐 What Is Future Transportation Be Like?
In recent years, we have witnessed tremendous development in the transportation sector. We have seen Tesla perfected their self-riding vehicle. Also, SpaceX has created a reusable rocket which will revolutionize air transportation in the next few years.
Furthermore, The Boring Company (which also founded by the founder of Tesla and SpaceX) will revolutionize our road system by introducing the loop system as an efficient road system for Tesla’s self-riding vehicles. And of course, there will be more advancement soon.
What do you think about future transportation? How will it be like?
The future of transportation looks to be headed for great things. Technology will make it very interesting according to the way things are happening now.
It ‘ll be great to see internal combustion engine go. Hopefully new innovations will produce safe, affordable and environment friendly vehicles to be available to everybody for private as well as public transportation.
SpaceX have some amazing plans for the future and its going to be great to see what comes out. Hopefully it will revolutionise the industry
Jackson — Yes, the transportation technology will grow faster in the next few years, especially after the pandemic.
David — What is internal combustion engine? Does it used conventional fossil fuel?
Gareth — SpaceX program is well-known for space transportation, but I think it will revolutionize the air cargo and air passenger carrier more than it will do to space travel. When the reusable rocket is available for commercial use, I think online shopping for physical product will be easier. The delivery time will be a lot shorter.
I know the NSW Government here is Australia has provided a company with a $1m grant to develop a flying car recently.
There was another similar story recently but I have not been able to find the online version. I will keep looking.
With the rate at which technological advancements are happening, something big is likely to happen in transportation sector. It may take the whole world by surprise and change transportation sector forever.
In the next years ,we are likely to see, more chance in Transportion technology than we have not seen in the last 100 years.
Persian envisions a future where space travel is common and hyperloop systems are abundant.
Flying cars, people will be driven around in driver less pods by 2025.
It will be possible to ride a hypersonic jet high in the atmosphere by 2040.
To increase speed, airplanes might not have windows.
When I was a small kid, I thought that I can see flying car in 2020. But 2020 will be over less than 1 month, I didn’t see any flying car and even worst, my normal car also mostly parked in my parking lot because of Covid-19. Hahaha.
So I changed my expectation. I believe future transportation will be more to electric or green car. This is because, people will think more about environment and how to protect it. Green or clean car is a good options.
Transportation system that will use less or not gaz that produce the carbon dioxide will be good for our environment .it will diminish the degradation of the atmosphere that is damaging the planet. Green and clean car is a good option as someone said earlier.
I think through all the developments in the last 10 years we can definately expect that in the next 10-20 years we will see more of the level 5 fully automated vehicles entering the market – they are already popping up on some adverts on TV. Especially as these will be more cost-effective, efficient, and convenient than human-driven vehicles.
Izishahnaz — True. Eco-friendly vehicles will be the primary type of vehicles in the next few years. Maybe we should wait longer for the flying car. 😀
Leno — Yes, everything will be about green and clean economy in the next few years.
Gareth — I have also noticed that on YouTube ads. Some manufacturer has started promoting their electric and self-driven vehicle.
The future of transportation is difficult to predict. The possibility could be various. I have no opinion on that.

Yes we cant predict what will come out but the adverts and signs are promoting what’s coming out in the next few years that’s for sure.
Gareth — We can accurately predict, but we can actually predict the most probable direction. As you said, the advertisements show a clear sign to where direction we are getting into. I used to talk with my friend, during the oil crash months ago, that it was the effort to replace oil as our primary source of energy and marked the end of oil economy. And at that time, I said to my friend that the moment we see electric vehicle advertisement on YouTube is the starting of electric vehicle era and clean energy economy in general.

Leno — You should see the video concept of tunnel transportation from The Boring Company. It is greater than a flying car. The green and clean economy are at its dawn now. It is only a matter of years until we are leaving the oil economy completely.
Public transport used by rich is going to change.Private transport is going to sky rocket, Covid has made some individuals to stop moving with the public
We will admire the revolution of the transportation system and forget about the old primary source of energy. The number of traffic jams will diminish in many states.
