🛌What Is the Last Thing You Do Before You Go to Bed?
The problem often occurs when you sleep on time and try to get a full eight hours, but somehow, you’re still tired in the morning. Chances are you are getting the right amount of sleep, but not quality. Sleeping at night is an important thing to do every day. Apart from resting, it also helps to keep the mind awake. Quality sleep is very important for mental health and condition. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to a number of things that make sleep quality improve. A number of things done before bedtime can really help to improve this sleep quality. How are your habits before bed? What are you doing to get quality sleep?
I don’t plan anything, I just go to bed the moment I feel like sleeping. And I don’t get any problem sleeping.
Don’t you do anything before bedtime?

A short meditation session prepares me well for a good night’s sleep.
I thank God for the privilege he has given me to be safe and the life I’m experiencing. All in all i pray God for everything before lying in the bed.

Usually, as a Muslim, I also pray before going to sleep.
In fact we are obliged to do it in our religion
Currently, I do not have a good before-sleep habit. A long screen-time is what usually I have before going to bed. And I aware that it is not a good habit.
But, I am building a habit of reading good writing, meditate & pray, and stating my goals loud before bed-time.
I think I also used to play on my cellphone before going to bed, even I played on my cellphone until I fell asleep

Before I go to sleep I rarely take a shower.
I just brushed my teeth and washed my face.

I never forget to pray before going to bed, if it happens, and remember it at the middle of the night, i get up and pray then return to sleep.

It is an obligation for me
After praying, if i don’t fall asleep, i can stay in my bed watching movies on my phone while laying in bed until i fall asleep.
We both do that.
