What Is the Reason Nigerians Cannot Receive Payment via PayPal?
PayPal are wrong to have restricted all Nigerians. Not all Nigerians are fraudsters.
I don’t think if the frauds is the only cause. It might be another country policies. For example in Morocco a foreigner can not send money out of the country using western union, money gram…. And it is not allowed to buy bitcoins.
You know, PayPal is taking it gradually,before you can not make payment via PayPal,but, the given us opportunity to use the payment system and I know very soon, they will open receiving system .
The reason should not be for Fraudulent rate.it might be another reason. There are many fraudsters in every country.
They put a ban because of fraud. It’s an American company and these Nigerian scammers were using it to defraud Americans .
On the other hand it could just restriction for some reason other than fraud. Some countries put their own restrictions due to political, economic and social reasons.
Nigerians fraudulent activities is the reason why they are not allowed to receive payment via PayPal.
Only Nigerians and PayPal can give an accurate answer for this question.

Yes i read an article about the high level of scamsters that were apparently Nigerian but this was never proved. Paypal then put Nigerians onto the list of countries that shouldn’t be given access. I think this is currently under review though so maybe for 2021 it will be overturned.
They also tried to clear me and PayPal failed .I do not know the reason why it does not work while it allowed to deposit.
Sounds like they are happy to take your money when it suits them!!
