🥱What Position Do You Start to Sleeping In?
Sleeping position is crucial to our sleep quality which ultimately crucial to our health.
Most of us have a very different sleeping position with the one we use to start. But, the position we start to sleep is the one we can control.
Thus, it easier for us to fall asleep in a particular position. What is a sleeping position that makes you easier to fall asleep?
Allways on my stomach, then I can wake up on the back or on the floor or on the couch ( sleepwalking maybe) but allways start out sleep session on my tummy
When i go to bed, i take a pillow and put my head on it then a sleep turning my face down.sometimes i sleep on one side turning my face to the wall.
