Community commitment from a business increases its reputation. Also, it makes the employees proud to be part of the company. Furthermore, this kind of community commitment encourages a positive culture that nurtures a productive work environment and foster teamwork. Also, the business needs to give it back to the community for what they have rightly earned. In your opinion, what should a business commit to the community?
It should provide social and recreational facilities such as hospitals, schools etc
