When Will Donald Trump Concede Defeat?

We all know that Donald Trump does not like to lose but it appears at present the US President is carrying on a little like a petulant child or a really sore loser. He also appears to be losing the court cases that he has lodged to date. When do we think that Donald Trump will concede defeat and save the US from embarrassment?

After the last verdict of the Supreme Court, he have to concede the defeat if he really wants to leave with respect and consideration.

Donald Trump is very persistent but ultimately he will have to give up if nothing is achieved in the supreme court. There is not much he could do after that unless he remains persistent and if he does that he is just going to end up embarrassing himself even more.

I think the date is by the 2nd week in January as it needs to be sorted before the hand over takes place and congress reconvenes.

Trump will accept to be defeated only when Supreme Court didn’t see anything to rule against.

He has the right to challenge the results in court, if there is a strong evidence of irregularities in the election results.

Edward Duffy answered 2 months ago

Nothing has been discovered to date regarding irregularities so this whole court action thing may be a futile exercise.

Never!! He’ll never give up fighting it. Even if they go against him I reckon he’ll try and push for another challenge or have another go in 4 years time at least

I think Donald Trump is patriotic citizen of US, I don’t think he won’t hand over power if being defeated in court.

I think Trump will not directly concede the defeat. Because according to news, he has already accepted the smooth transfer of power by allowing Biden’s team to access funds and other aid from his administration for easy transition. Come Jan 20, Trump just disappear without conceding.

Looks like old Donald is conceding as he has formally acknowledged the handover to Biden and set the wheels in motion. Never thought that would happen so early.

He will not concede until the legal process is finish. I think we have to wait longer before knowing who will officially become the president of the US.

Trump will never concede. He will always blame someone else for his downfall.

I believe it now, he will keep blaming everyone, but what is evident now is he has already lost whatever he do he can’t change the results.

At this stage, he won’t conceed but will just disappear probably. But it’s a big lesson and test to the American democracy.

Hi, Leno.

The next critical date in the US 2020 election is January 6th. That is the date when the congress calculates the electoral votes. Trump and his teams plan a rally on that day, hoping that he can still influence the congress to turn the votes for him.

I’m confused with Trump behavior, after being a kind and great person, he is now behaving like a child, like someone who has never lost. I thought richer person are those who have learned a lot about how to handle failure.
