✍️ Will Trump Fire the Attorney General?

Overnight the US Attorney General said that there was no evidence of large scale electoral fraud in the US during the recent presidential election. I believe this person ia Trump appointment and given that Trump does not concede defeat on anything then will this Attorney General lose his job prior to the transition of power? It will make good viewing in the coming days and weeks.
It is better than the worst soap opera ever made.

Will they be fired or will they resign? Depends what the compensation package is like 🙂

I hope he will resign before being fired. The attorney general Mr Barr eventually realized that he was dealing with a “moron” and decided to “let cat out of the bag”. I think it’s the beginning, we are yet to see many of Trump’s confidants breaking ranks with him. They’re beginning to realize that they won’t get anywhere with Trump, but only to look like fools. Where and when will this fooling end.

The best option for him is to resign before being fired. Trump don’t want to leave the White office in my thinking, He is still insisting ,he want to leave with many people with him 一He is not showing a good example as the president of the powerful country with a good democracy system.

I don’t think so. William Barr is a strong republican. I think it may not be the President who appointed him as attorney general, but it may be him and his network who negotiated with the president to appoint him as AG.

However, he deliver an unclear message during this election dispute. No large-scale fraud, which means that he acknowledge that there is election fraud but not at a large scale. It is a sign that he is giving go ahead to the Trump team to prepare the evidence of large-scale fraud.

If Mr Trump is truly a Democratic American, he should not fire him if there was no irregularities in the election.

Why should he fire him ? This is the main problem that many people are facing in their job. If you tell the truth to their boss they will be fire, this problem has turned many people speechless in their job.even if they know the truth that will avoid lot of things, they prefer to be silent to not loose their jobs.

Trump is holding the republican party at ransom with his trumpism. If it’s true that he grew up that way, that he can never accept defeat, the country should just ignore the fool and carry on. And this is just the beginning. Many more are coming.

Trump cannot fire the attorney general. This is partly because ,he is not democratic  and principled.if the mistake  was very big the position holder .will himself resign.

As already mentioned, the attorney general is resigning before his term expires.

Hi, Edward.

Politically, Trump has fired Bill Barr. But it seems that Barr is powerful enough so that Trump cannot fire him directly as he did to Mark Esper.

Ahmed. True it indeed happened, but Barr was such a powerful figure to be fired.
